Hmm...I'm not sure of #s, but all base venues would be less than $50k I think...they're really affordable.
Here's a list of one's I know. Admiral Kidd Club, Miramar Officer's Club, Breaker's? (in Coronado I think), Admiral Baker...
Admiral Kidd is the favorite because it's pretty updated and you have views of the downtown skyline.

Admiral kidd would be your best bet as far as the views. They have a huge indoor room that overlooks the bay and downtown. It will easily accomadate your guest count. I used to bartend at the naval bases before starting Classy Covers.

Admiral Kidd is the best, for sure. However, since they are inexpensive and in a great location, they fill up REALLY fast. When we called in October 2010, they had already booked every Saturday through 2011.
