Mr Frenchie and I LOVE this place, they have great food! Plus, there are 2 White House/Black Markets in the center... an outlet type one and a normal one... that is my favorite store.

Um...I'm pretty sure I can make it, but I gotta double check my calendar. So put me as "tenative yes" for now.
I would also just like to say that it seems like a lotta people bail last minute on these things. It is definitely not anyone's fault but I am just saying, based on last night which got cancelled last second and the last meet up we had where several people cancelled last minute, don't expect everyone to show up.
I have no idea if I have to be at work or not yet, but I will try my hardest to be there!

1pm would work best for me. If it's at 12 I'll be late and if it's at 11 I would be able to make it.
noon works best for me :-)
But I'll probably arrive early and we can stay as late as anyone wants!
Oh ladies, I was so bummed that we had to cancel because of last weeks terrible weather, but Saturday February 6 is my engagement party! That day out of all days! There is a small chance I may be able to come if it's early, but I have some cooking to do that day in preparation, as, even though it is a potluck, there will be a ton of people coming. Also, my best friend, my Maid of Honor, is flying in from the east coast just for the weekend, so she may want to go do some siteseeing or something that day. Let me know if anything changes.
I wish I could make it, but that's just too much of a drive for me! I do know the place though, and it's great food. Also, the WH/BM stores in that area are AWESOME.
Well...crud. My tenative yes has just turned into a no...I just talked to my mom and I'd completely forgotten it's my dad's birthday that day and my two brothers that live out of town have already arranged to come in for his lunch- I really can't skip it, seeing as I live here and all. Will let you know if my plans change.
Just wanted to make sure all of you know what's up for Saturday, for those of you who can make it, or haven't heard about it yet.
We'll plan for lunch at noon, but please feel like you can arrive later! I'm sure we'll be a couple of hours, so don't be shy if you can't make it until 1pm.

Well ladies...it looks like Rain is on the forecast. And since the cafe we picked is outdoors, we're going to have to find another venue.
What do you think about Karl Strauss in Carlsbad? We also tossed around the idea of going to Las Olas in Cardiff or Carlsbad, but the parking is better at Karl Strauss.
Laura & I vote Karl Strauss (even though I'm the one who came up with Las Olas... I just think if it is raining no-one wants to be worrying about parking too, you know?

aww man! I would love to come but I have my hair trial tomorrow at noon. Have so much fun...BTW, Karl Strauss in Carlsbad is where I am having my Rehearsal Dinner in May!!!!

I talked with Mrs. French Bulldog and we tried to coordinate something that she could make it to as well (in addition to any other OC bees--I think they're going to carpool!)

Lunch at Pacifica Del Mar's Breeze Cafe

I haven't been, but the Breeze Cafe boasts ocean views, and looks pretty cute, doesn't it? Plus, I'll take any opportunity possible to enjoy seafood since Mr. LL isn't a fan. :-)
