I'm using Megan Haney in Lafayette. She's very nice and helpful. I haven't checked out any florists so I don't knwo where she is on the price scale, but from what I've seen she is very talented.
The Flower House in Livermore is AMAZING! Great to work with and beautiful work. check our their website theflowerhouse.com. I am working with Ginger.

Try Anne Mendenhall Flowers (www.annemendenhallflowers.com). She has great rates for the Bay Area.
To get an idea, my bridal bouquet is $130, my bridesmaids and centerpiece arrangements are $65..(for tall centerpieces!) Groomsmen boots are $9, groom's is $15, mother's corsages are $25...

i met with anne menendall too! she is very affordable. i'm trying to decide between a couple of florists... i just met with katharina stuart in el cerrito. she has a unique style and actually quoted me a price lower than anne.
I used Valerie at Donn's Florist in Danville (downtown on Hartz Ave) for our wedding. She did an AMAZING job on my bouquet, and is super sweet! Affordable, too.
I still go to her for flowers, and she always asks about married life and my husband when I stop in.
