My brother did this in Mexico for the DW. They did the unity ceremony after their vows.
I think ours was just before our vows and becoming pronounced man and wife.
We had ours after the vows but before the signing of the marriage license and being announced as husband and wife.
im glad you posted this! i was wondering the same thing! i think we're gonna do ours before the vows, that way it's before "i now pronounce you man & wife" :)

Hi Hive,
Just wondering where a unity sand ceremony typically goes in the order of the ceremony? We are having a typical (Protestant) Christian ceremony - minister's greeting, vows, ring exchange, etc.
Any suggestions? Before or after the vows?
Thanks!
