Weddingbee boards

My husband and I stayed at the Sandals Halcyon in early June of this year.  We visited both the Grande and Regency on the island as well.  After visiting all three, we actually prefered the Halcyon because we loved the quiet, quaint cottage feel of our room and the whole place.  It didn't feel as much like a mega resort.  Its also in between the two other resorts, so it was a short ride back and forth to the other resorts for restaurants.  Plus, its much less expensive for their nicest room than at any of the other resorts.  We liked the Grande more than the Regency, the pool was beautiful and the food there was really great (especially at the Barefoot by the Sea and the crepe place).  The spa services there were also very good.  It was much bigger than the resort that we stayed at, and it seemed there was always something going on.  You'd definitely enjoy yourself no matter where you went on the island. :)
