Airfare is sky high right now, so I would choose whichever gives you the most bang for your buck. Personally, I've never used either so I can't give you an answer one way or another...sorry.
I haven't used either, but I did look at Apple Vacation. We were going to go to Royal Carribbean (Sandals), but after searching we could get a better room (suite) and more at Secrets Wild Orchid. We then compared prices using Secrets website, Apple Vacation, and AllInclusiveOutlet. Basically the reason we went through allinclusive was because the packages (room/airfare) were gone for the room we wanted.
Basically Secrets sells combinations (room/airfare) to different groups, so by the time we made out decision allinclusiveoutlet had the combination left. Just to give you an idea for everything (including airfare) we spent 3500 for 6 days, 5 nights plus got $200 credit for the spa and a honeymoon package for free (They have a basic one free, or you can pay to upgrade to a bigger one).
