Just wondering if anyone else out there is the worst sleeper in the world…like me.
It takes me forever – hours – to fall asleep on a good night! If I somehow manage to stay asleep…awesome.
Or like tonight, if I get the slightest bit of adrenelin in my system forget it….wide awake and so frustrated and almost in tears and ready to hit myself over the head with something heavy at 4:30 in the morning. Just thinking about how tired I will be tomorrow as we see family. And I’m not really going to wake up all bright eyed for Christmas morning like my hubby will.
Of course he is snoring away…..no trouble ever sleeping. He can fall asleep at the drop of a hat and I’m so jealous…

I am just like that. It is awful. Unfortunately, I also have the stomach flu so I am awake and throwing up and have diarrhea. I suppose you can be glad your not me right now.

Yeah, me too. I can rarely sleep past 4 am even with meds from the doctor. It doesnt matter what time I go to bed.
So I end up conking out in the living room while I’m sipping tea in the morning. More than once have I been rudely awakened by hot tea on my thigh or woken up with a Lean Cuisine in my hand with a fork. Twilight one stuff.

MY Fiance just went back to bed. He has horrible sleep issues because he works swing shift. The 15 days off a month are great, but the shifts are awful for his sleep patterns. He’s been up since 2:45. We have 4 kids, so as soon as they saw what Santa brought, he crashed.

I have coeliac disease and I “got glutened” by something I ate yesterday, so I was up all night too. I feel your pain 🙁
