So what do you think would look best with this dress? I am at a total loss…definitely going with champagne ribbon but I am not sure about the flower.
I am not a sparkly person, nothing on the dress is sparkly, neither are my shoes or jewelry I have planned to wear and most sashes are full of jewels and sparkly beading. I am considering the flower that is on in this picture, but I am not keen on the price…
I am doing fabric flowers for my bouquet so that is another option. Any ideas?

Pretty dress. To be honest, the flower on the belt in the photo looks like too much of a contrast. The champagne color would be beautiful but what about one with a soft, white tulle flower or some lace?

I think just a thicker, plain satin sash would look great!

@colorofmyheart: I really like the second one you added, I do have a thing for feathers and it has some in it. 🙂 Thanks!
@orchidaloha: I did buy two widths of champagne ribbon so I think I will try them out and maybe just see how a plain bow looks as well. I plan on getting a big chunky cranberry coloured necklace to wear for the reception so perhaps plain is the best bet.
Thanks for the ideas!

REchick: I literally had to come find your thread dress twin. and wow same sash look too! I also wasn’t a fan of the price of the flower but my mom loved it so much she just went ahead and bought it. My flower and sash came in already and the flower looked a lot better (the ones in store are so over used it was all shushed and sad.)
I wish I took a picture but the consultant used a shorter sash length and did a bow on my hip and it was adorable like this.
I feel like the dress has such an organic feel bling is just not the way to go.
