Hi! I am a wedding planner in Savannah (Amber at Morgan Gallo Events), and we refer our brides to Mollie Stone (and Minette and a few, select others). She might not have anything to taste at your meeting, so don't be surprised, but she will have books for you to look at, but she is spectacular. We only recommend the BEST, so you are safe with her! Best us luck--let us know if you need any help!

Hey Ya'll!!!
I am planning my 'destination wedding' in Savannah for 11.28.2009, the wkend after Thanksgiving. Unfortuantly though, we have run into a BIG problem. All the 'good' and big named bakeries in Savannah are closed at wkend. Custom cakes, Back in the day, Bakers Pride, etc.
However, thanks to Minette Rushing from Custom Cakes, she referred me to Mollie Stone, the baker who made Paula Deen's cake. But she has no website and I do not know much about her nor do I know what her cakes look like. I am coming to Savannah Wed. to meet with her, she is my last and only choice so I hope she is good.
Has anyone heard anything about Mollie? Seen/ tasted her cakes? I am sure she is wonderful but I was just hoping for some feedback!
Thanks everyone! I'm new to this board so I am excited to be here! :)
