There's a gazillion postcard templates on the web. Just Google "postcard template."
All the USPS cares about is that the card itself is the right size and that the address is legible - there is no set design mandated for the back.

I'm trying to design my own save the date postcard and I have the front down, but can't figure out how to set up the back side to make sure there's room for mailing addresses, postage, etc., and that the card still meets all of the USPS mailing requirements. Can anyone share with me the template they used for their postcard back side? A document in PDF, Word or WordPerfect would be best. Thanks so much!
