So i have a random question. When sending save the dates whose return address goes on the envelope? I am still living with my parents and the groom lives in another city. The invites will obviously be coming from the parents. So for the save the dates should we put my parents return address and their name as if they sent out the save the dates? I don’t want to put my finace’s address as it is another city.
What did you do?

If I were you I’d put your and your parents address for the return address. I wouldn’t put a name, just the address.

i agree with jacqi just put your parents address… unless you want to get a PO Box.. but that might be a little too much

My fiance and I were long distance when we send out our Save-The-Date Cards. I addressed and mailed them so I put my return address (that way if you have some that get returned to sender – we had a couple – I had the STDs/envelopes/etc to mail out a new one). Our actual invitations came from my parents with their return address.
So that being said – if you send the Save-The-Date Cards, I’d put your address (ie your parents house). But I’d also put your name. We saw the Save-The-Date Cards as more of a casual engagement / wedding announcement which seemed more appropriate to come from Fiance and I than my parents (even though they were sending the invites).
