Weddingbee boards

My Fiance and I would like to thank our parents and guests on our wedding programs.  We've been working on it for a while now, and want to know what you think of the following wording:

We would like to express our gratitude to our parents for their love and guidance and to the many others who have freely given of their ideas, support and labor to make this day possible (you know who you are).  To our wedding guests, your presence here adds greatly to our joy and happiness on this day which marks the beginning of our lives together. We stand before you now, declaring before God and this congregation, our love for each other and for our intent to be joined in marriage; to share with each other without reservation our lives, fortunes and future. We hope that you will continue to wish us well in our new life as you have done in the past, and will pray for our continued happiness and success.

It is a Catholic Bilingual Ceremony, so a spanish version of this will be added underneath for our non-English speaking guests and family.  What do you think?  Also, if you are doing a thank you note on your programs what are you planning on writing?

HumarockBride, I cheated a bit and did a lot seaching on-line.  I put together bits and pieces and added my own little touches, but I definitely did not do that on my own. 

I think your guests will really appreciate this. And it is very well written (coming from someone in publications )

HumarockBride, dont worry about cheating and stealing mine.  I put it up here hoping that if it needs more work the hive will help and that the finished product can help others!  Saying thank you is hard, since you always want to sound sincere and that's what I was hoping to do here.
