I would call your bank or credit card (however you paid). They might be able to explain what they email meant.
Call your bank. Something is fishy. I googled the name and it came up with an alert.

So I ordered a veil today from sunvary.com, a website based out of china or somthing like that... Well I got a conformation e-mainland the charges are pending on my account, but along wih the e-mail I received another from visamaster@sitecomplaint.com which I found very odd... I'm just worried at this point I'm being scammed... It was very inexpensive so if I lose out on the money I'm not too upset but if I don't have a veil I would be... I don't know what do you ladiesthink... http://www.sunvary.com/wedding-apparel/4043-1-Layer-Cathedral-Length-600cm-length-Bridal-Veils
Hopefully I'm not a shmuck...
