@DomesticDiva:  ….please refer to them henceforth as “Glampons”  for the menstrual cycle that demands all the pomp and circumstance of gut wrenching scents and glittery applicators…what’sa matter?  You don’t like inserting something in your body covered with more perfumes and dies than a dryer sheet?

DH saw the title and goes “SCENTED TAMPONS?! Why in the world do you need scented tampons?!”

I told him that’s exactly what the OP was asking 🙂 I myself purchase the cheapo ones and have no idea why anyone would even actually want a scented tampon…

I accidentally bought a box of these and my vag was not happy. I happily gave them to a sorority sister of mine.

Isn’t there warnings about using scented ones… I ALWAYS read the box before I go up to the counter. One time FI was nice to buy some on his way home and scented jumbo he came back with. I was not a happy camper!  : )

Ugh I hate when I buy those on accident.

And I agree, cardboard is not comfy, and I only use those in emergency situations when I have to buy one in a public bathroom.

Funny story, once my mom and I both picked up a pack of scented tampons at the grocery store and  sniffed at the same time. Lol they seem unnessecary. I wish I could see the reaction of the person who watched us sniffing tampon boxes.

@DomesticDiva:  We were on vacation this past June and we were out in the middle of no where, and I forgot to pack some, little gasstation we stopped at had the cheap cardboard kind, I used it once and told FI that at the first store we see we are stopping. Those tampons are still in the closet, to be never touch again!

@DomesticDiva:  Interesting side note to the Glampons, I too grabbed a box without looking too closely only to be assaulted by the scent of them when I got home…unable to really do anything about it, I figured its just one box, whatever…que Mr. 99’s super freaky sense of smell…I walk downstairs, I’m standing a good ten feet away, he stops reading the magazine in his hands and asks…are you wearing perfume???

I was agog and embarassed at the same time…I’m married to a human bloodhound!
