This looks like a posy bouquet with a long handle to me. So I think if you looked for flower inspiration of posy bouquets, which are very common, and then asked your florist for a long handle, you would get what you want. Sounds like a fun idea!

I’ve never seen this before, but that looks adorable! I especially love the little jewels – they really help with the magic wand feel for me!

I hadn’t really seen a scepter bouquet before.  Then tonight on Offbeat Bride I saw this:

I actually really like that bouquet!  It wouldn’t fit in with the aesthetic of my wedding, but if it goes with yours I think you should go for it!  It’s a really interesting look that I think would be very pretty!
