I’ve been very lucky so far, in that I’ve either been offered my jobs without applying, or only after putting in an application.
So now that I have two interviews this week, I’m having a bit of a freak out, because I don’t know what to expect. They’re both at schools (I work with disabled/SEBD children in mainstream schools), and one has asked me to prepare a session afterwards. I’m totally fine with the session – because it’s what I do, but I’m not sure how to approach the interview.
I’m mostly after questions that would be good to ask them at the end of the interview, and some advice on how to dress.
I’m mega excited, as one of them is for ‘Family Support Worker’, which would be amazing. I thrive off working with difficult children, and this could be a fantastic opportunity, so I don’t want to balls it up!
