I'm from Tucson, so I can't help you much in the way of actual suggestions, but make sure when you're doing your research online you're looking in areas other than Scottsdale also (unless you're adamant you want to stay in Scottsdale).
Search for places in the Phoenix metro area as well as Tempe, Mesa, etc. as they're all an quick drive, just "technically" different cities.

I'm from Phoenix, technically Glendale and my suggestion is Arizona Biltmore. I'm staying there to relax before my big day and it's amazing. there are so many spa resorts within Phoenix metro area, that you shouldn't have a hard time finding a good spa. Plus, they do a couples massage under the stars package.
I live in Scottsdale-and I highly recommend Elements. The spa is great and they have a great bar with a gorgeous view over the mountains to sit and relax on after you're done. Also, the spa at thr Royal Palms is wonderful-and the restaurant there has won most romantic severlal times.

Hi beehive,
My sweetheart and I are sneaking off to Scottsdale for a quick getaway weekend and to get out of the Chicago cold (though not quite so cold @ the moment). I wanted to do a couple's spa treatment but can't find much online that has couple's treatments.
Any of you ladies familiar with Scottsdale spas that have treatments we can do together. I'd prefer it to be some kind of scrub & massage or something, but as long as we're together I don't mind.
