tiffane6: there’s also a lot of recipes for diy sea salt spray. Essentially it’s sea salt, water, gel and a conditioner (Like coconut or macadamia oil)

much cheaper than the commercial sea salt sprays and customizable.

Honestly I have fine hair, and that stuff never even adds a wave to my hair. It just makes my hair crispy.

The ones I’ve tried Paul mitchles, davines, and bumble and bumble. Those all make my hair crispy so avoid those.

I second the NYM sea salt spray – I have naturally wavy hair and it really brings out a more relaxed look to it. My friend has pin-straight hair and uses the entire Beach Babe line (shampoo, conditioner, cream, and spray upon my recommendation), and she ends up with textured slightly wavy hair.

tiffane6:  I buy it at Ulta, I know they usually sell just the spray and cream at Walmart and Target.

I just got a sample of HealthySexyHair’s soy renewal beach spray, and it’s actually the ONLY one that I’ve liked!
