I am looking for a private estate in the Carmel/Monterey, Ca area. It must must have a spanish design and large enough for +100 guests. Any help would be appreciated.

When you said Spanish Design I thought Kennolyn Hacienda - Its in Santa Cruz Mountains with view of ocean - Not Carmel/Monterey. Been to a couple of weddings there. Really unique and pretty and Very Very private.

Client Eastwood has an estate/ranch in the Carmel Valley that is BEAUTIFUL!  I can't remember what it's called.  Try La Playa Hotel and La Canada Country Club...and Julien Winery (Julien is also very beautiful, we considered having our reception there too!)  Hope that helps!

Don't know about the Spanish design...there are lots of golf clubhouses in Carmel for sure.

For an estate, check out Stone Pine Estate, or a private house for rent in Pebble Beach. There are a few party houses that people rent for weddings with the beautiful bay view.

FYI, Clint Eastwood co-owns a cute, farm-y inn called the Mission Ranch. People can stay in little farm house type buildings, and they have adorable sheep, and the ocean view in the distance. Reception in a barn. Also, he's affiliated with Tehama, which is a private gated community/country club, basically. Clubhouse on top of a hill with amazing views, but I'm pretty sure you need to know a member to get married there.

Let me know if you want more info, I'm pretty sure I combed the whole area before we found our venue.

Check out the Memory Garden in downtown Monterey, the Custom House Plaza actually. It is not a private estate, but its  closed off to the public during an event and its about as Spanish style as it gets. I am hosting a baby shower there in September and it is absolutely GORGEOUS! I'll leave a link from the "Here Comes The Guide" website, you can find also other pictures and info in a google search.
