Not sure if this exists...

My criteria:

-9x12" (or big enough to fit 8.5x11" paper)

-Sage green or some earth tone

-Preferrably recycled (but this is not a requirement)

Anyone know of a great site or store that might carry this? I've been searching online for days now and am turning up nothing.

What you'd want is a "9.5 Booklet Envelope" Dimensions are 9x12 for paper that is 8.75 by 11.5. Here is one link that offers like 30-40 color for that size:

There are also a handful of 9x12 envelopes here:

If you click on the different ones, it brings up a list of all the colors available in that size/brand.

On the envelopemall.com there are 9x12 envelopes made by Carnival. There are Moss and Pine colors available in that line that would nicely fit your criteria.
