You may want to ask your venue, as many venues have a stock floor plan which helps guests, since it would be actually shaped like the room and the way the tables end up being set up.

Also if the wedding isn’t till Dec 2013 (not sure if the date next to your name is hers or yours), it’s waaaaayyy too early to start. Wait till you at least have your RSVP’s back.

I always thought it was a great idea to get a big poster board and draw circles with however many chairs there will be at the tables. Get those thin little sticky notes and write names on them. You can easily move people around and figure out what works best. Start with family and move to friends.
