I am going to be printing out a sign to explain to guests at our wedding ceremony which is outside on where to sit since we will not be having ushers. is it weird to not have ushers? i just want it to be simple and not so fancy! which wording do you think is best for my sign? any other wording or examples please feel free to share!

I wouldn’t think a sign would be necessary at all – most modern weddings have few or no ushers and people will just find a seat on their own.
If you don’t want them to sit on the ‘bride’ or the ‘groom’s’ side – then maybe something saying choose a seat, not a side if that casual tone fits your wedding?

@thewheelsonthebus: there wont be sides since our chairs are going to be in rows but in the shape of a circle. i just thought it would be cute to have a sign, plus i already bought pretty paper to print it on and a pretty picture frame to frame it in 🙂

Ahhh, I love ceremonies in the round 🙂
How about “Take a seat within our circle of love”?

I like thewheelsonthebus’ idea! But if not that one, then the 2nd choice in the poll. I’ve never been to a round ceremony like that. It sounds neat!
