We’re going with Lea from Florarama (http://www.floraramamoderndesign.com/).

She has been fantastic so far. I sent her a few inspiration photos with specific comments, and she’s able to design our flowers around that. In the money department, I love that she is able to stay within our budget and adjust things accordingly. I’d rather pay an amount corresponding to the product than an arbitrary amount (usually high) just because it’s associated with a wedding.

I am using Elements in Bloom and Tayna has been great so far.  She does not have any miniums either.

I am using Herban Floral, http://www.herbanfloral.com. Ellen is AMAZING! She thoroughly listens to what you want and will come up with suggestions to expand on your ideas. She’s also is one of the only florists in the area that utilizes green practices and picks from her own flower and herb garden!

I’m a HUGE fan of Willow and Bloom in Fremont. Their work is gorgeous… but I think they probably fall in the more expensive category. They may be willing to work within your budget, though!
