When my wedding was going to be local, I was going to use the Metropolitan Market for flowers and Alex studio for photography. I checked out their work at the Seattle Wedding Show this past January and they are awesome!
FH and I absolutely love working with Sean Flanigan and being comfortable with your photog is really important. Our florist is Christopher Flowers and Christopher is also great to work with. I've seen his work on several blogs and he will work with your budget, just tell him upfront.
Our photographer is Yvonne Wong and her photography is amazing! We are absolutely excited to have her photograph our wedding. We are going to the Metropolitan Market in West Seattle for our flowers. They do an awesome job and are pretty affordable.
I worked with the Rose Briar (no website) last weekend, and apart from a bout snafu, the flowers were awesome. I'll have pics on my blog soon. Another gal I've worked with last year (and have a wedding with this summer) is LeAnn from Garden of Eden Bouquets. I'm not sure about pricing, but the flowers are beautiful and creative and she/we got best booth at the Everett bridal show.
And sometimes vendors just get together to see each others work and introduce themselves, and I met with this gal a few months ago. I haven't used her yet, but her photos are awesome.
Definitely check out MindCastle Studios & Garden Gate Flowers. Flowers and photos are the two most important areas to my fiance and I and we are extremely happy so far!
i'm looking for a photojournalist for photgraphing my ceremony who is decently priced. i'd even be open to exchange for portfolio. any recommendations?
check out Rented Elegance, for floral. They aren't the cheapest, but you can give them whatever budget you are working with, and they will make something work--but in the most beautiful way! Also for a photographer, check with One Love Photography to see if they have availability. They're great!
Friends! I lost my florist and my photographer....
Please help me find new ones!
