We will have our second meeting with our venue’s coordinator next month and I’m trying to rack my brain for things to ask. I feel like I’m forgetting something :/ can anyone please help me think of other things that need to be addressed? So far we have confirmed: menu, linens, ceremony and reception times, rehearsal time. These are the only questions I can think of so far that need answers:
– does the staff set up/ tear down (contract says it’s included, just wanted to make sure outside decor is included)
– when do we bring our decor and leftover booze home? That night? Next day?
– since they have to flip our ceremony room for the reception, I’m assuming they set up our centerpieces and sweetheart table?
– who sets up the dessert buffet? Again, it will be in the room that gets flipped, so it can’t be set up by the baker when she delivers the goodies.
Please help me. I know I’m going to forget something major and end up screwing myself the day of lol
