Hey! I live in Flagstaff, too! I couldn't believe it when I saw your city in another post. I love WeddingBee, but was dying to find someone closer to me. Where are you getting married?! We're getting married in October at Thornagers, but I'm not commited to a ceremony location yet. How has the planning process been for you?

OMG, another Flag bee! I thought I was the only one here. That's so exciting. We're getting married at the arboretum but we're using thornagers as our caterer. We never got around to doing a tasting, so I hope the food is good. Who are your other vendors? I had the hardest time finding someone to bake our cake (choices are limited here you know) so I'm just getting cake/cupcakes from new frontiers. We're using sutcliff floral... Dave is so nice and we're doing a rehearsal dinner at the mountain oasis.
Wow, we're using a lot of the same people! We're getting married on A-1 Mountain & having the reception at Thornager's --- their food is DELICIOUS! As for cake, we're doing New Frontiers, too (it's just so tasty) & Sutcliff is our florist as well. I've known Kelly for a really long time (I taught her daughters in preschool & kindergarten), so she's helping us out.
Who's your photographer? We're using Melissa Dunstan, although I would have loved to use Cameron Clark & Jamelle Kelly - we just couldn't afford that goodness! Are you using a DJ? Currently, we're deciding where to get our wedding bands? Did you go with a store in town or somewhere else?
Also, I just realized YESTERDAY was your Wedding Day! I hope you had an Amazing Day!
I'm from the Valley but I'm a 100% Sedona bride! And everytime I go to an appointment I get a mini-break from the Valley heat.
I live in Scottsdale but am getting married in Sedona. Good to see some others here! We are having the ceremony at Red Rock Crossing. We reserveed the group area so we won't have issues getting everyone in on time. Donna from Sedona Sweet Arts worked with us to get a cake that we liked and on budget by doing an elopment cake - we only have about 35 people coming. We are trying to decide on a reception venue now.

Where on A-1 are you getting married? Did you just pick a spot?

Hi Northern AZ brides...mark your calendars for Prescott Wedding Walk where you can check out the venues in a limo, their will be specialty vendors, downtown prescott specialty shops are holding open houses...some of the venues to tour hold 30 and up to 300 plus!
