Do as much of s lunch as you can.   If you can’t do full sandwiches maybe make a salad and fruit salad a pasta salad.  No onions or garlic on the wedding day 🙂

Use grocery stories/ costco for trays instead of restaurant.  Don’t forget to factor in plates and napkins if you choose the grocery store option.

msfreemis:  You can get Subway sandwich platters for ~$34 🙂

msfreemis:  I did a large sandwich tray from a local sandwich shop we eat at all the time. We started early (8am) at my house, so I also did some breakfast items. I’d look into getting a sandwich tray from a local shop or grocery store (most grocery store delis do them). Add some fruit, pasta salad, chips and you’re good to go.

I got a Chick-Fil-A nugget tray and salad tray. They’re my favorite so I knew I had to have them. It was perfect!

We had meat and cheese trays and both buns and crackers with fruit and veggie trays on the side.  So either make your own sandwich or meet and cheese and crakers snacks.  They were both completely eaten.

I’m doing finger sandwiches instead of whole sandwiches (easy to eat and mess-free), fruit, cheese and mimosas

We just had an assortment of fruit (strawberries, cantaloupe, watermelon, grapes), muffins, chicken salad, and an assortment of drinks (water, lemonade, orange juice).

We did sandwiches for lunch and lots of easy to grab snacks (goldfish, chips, gummies, marshmellows, etc.) and some fruit and veggies too.  I asked each of my bridesmaids to contribute a snack too just to add to the variety.  Also don’t forget to bring drinks and straws for them, so everyone stays hydrated and doesn’t mess-up thier lipstick.

msfreemis:  I did a Subway tray. They have one that has veggie-friendly options. Comes with bottles of soda and chips and you can get cookies. Easy and quick. I just ordered and pre-paid and asked someone to pick it up on their way.
