My friend and I are really close she recently got engaged and I have met her fiance a few times. The times I have meet him he is rude and condescending to both me and my future husband. I want her there but I don’t want to invite him as he has nothing nice to say and makes people go from happy to depressed. I am looking for some advice on what maybe I should do.
Thanks for your help.

If you want your friend there, you need to invite him, even thought it sounds like he’s not the coolest person ever.

@pookie143: Engaged couples are a social unit and must be invited together.
You will be so busy at the weddding that his presence will have no effect on you.

Sorry, but he gets an invite. I agree with julies1949… It’s really to ignore people at your wedding if you want to. 🙂

I had a similar issue and was prepared to bite the bullet, so to speak, and was saved only by my girlfriend realizing she’d have more fun at the reception without him.
I second and third and more what everyone else are going said. You will be so busy and excited, he won’t be a blip on your radar. Unless he falls or something 😉
Good luck! The guest list was my biggest chore and I hope yous goes smoothly!
