Try Nordstrom, BlueFly and Zappos... Macy's doesn't have much selection with evening shoes. :-/
I'm almost positive I saw something like this at Nordstrom once, although I can't find it now...
Even better.. you can save on taxes if you order them online. ;)

Hi! I'm looking for red shoes to wear during my reception. I've got my mind set on a pair of red d'orsays (satin or leather, no bling but a bow, knot or other detail is ok, 2.5-3.5 inches heel) but i can't seem to find an actual pair that exists. I went to macy's and all their evening shoes were white, silver, gold or black! Has anyone seen something like what I've described?
