My Fiance and I attended our food tasting the other day and we are having trouble deciding on our beef option…prime rib or beef tenderloin with mushroom sauce. Personally, we both love the prime rib but course we need to think of our 150 guests who might not like bloody meat. (lol, that is my mom’s concern)
Are you guys picking your favorite options or choosing based on your guests?
(Our other entree options will be stuffed chicken breast and a vegan egg-less pasta.)

We took our guests’ tastes/preferences into account when planning the menu. As much as I’d like to fool myself, we probably won’t get to eat much on the wedding day.
Between your two beef options, I’d go with tenderloin. I agree with your mom, even though I’m not one of your wedding guests. I’m picky about meat and get grossed out if it’s “bloody meat” or overly fatty/gristly. As long as your folks have another meat dish, they should be okay.

See, I would go for the prime rib because I HATE mushrooms. So there are those kinds of things to keep in mind.
