Target has them too, but over priced....Michaels definitely best bang for buck!
Hmmm...it varies...they have all different colors, shapes and sizes...but all reasonable
I got mine at Michael's (the one that I used on my mock-ups, they were about $2 for 195 self stick adhesives).

ebay, totally ebay. there are a lot of sellers out of china and they have great deals. just be aware shipping from another country can take 10 days to get to you, so order early
My sister swears by the Michael's self-adhesive rhinestones (I don't know the exact brand). She used them to "bling" her cellphone. Despite her constantly dropping her phone, those little suckers won't budge!
EBAY...put in hot fix rhinestones. a whole slew of them will come up.
