I haven't sold mine yet (and need to repost to get more views), but I know I'm tired of having it take up closet space and can't wait until it's gone. But before that happens, I may do one last "hurrah" and put it on and parade around the house :-)
I am going to sell mine. I am getting married in 18 days and made the decision quite awhile ago after talking to some of my family and friends who are already married. Here's my reasons"
1. They all had them perserved and put in a box. They all said it's under their bed or in their closet and haven't looked at it since
2. I can't find anyone who has worn their mothers/sisters/aunts wedding dress, so what's the point?
3. It cost an insane amount of money and so why not get some of it back
4. I can make another brides dreams come true by selling my dress for less

Hi Hive,
How many of you have sold your wedding dresses? I have someone interested in buying mine, for nearly the price I paid for it....but I'm having some separation anxiety. I know that if I keep the dress, it will more than likely end up sitting in a closet for years. Does anyone regret selling their dress, or better yet...regret holdng onto it?
