We're going to see a rental home today that will actually fit in our budget and work with us on the lease term.  Send good thoughts our way that it'll be as nice as it looks and we can be out of this hotel by Sunday!  I'm so bored and even organizing all of our stuff and cleaning sounds appealing right now!

Thanks everyone for your good thoughts! It went really well, it's a really nice place.  The realtor guy said the woman is pretty laid back as long as you don't do anything that it says in the lease not to do (like the guy before us subletting it to many people without telling her).  

Another plus is that her furniture stays in the house.  Our furniture won't be dropped off until around August 12 so we can use hers until then and then we'd move her stuff into her storage room.  It's old stuff (she's elderly) but it's clean and it's better than the floor.  So we should be out of the hotel by Monday which is great!
