Good morning, everyone.... I don't know if all of you heard, but there were some devastating suicide attacks in a Moscow subway this morning.  There have been many deaths and injuries, and it's incredibly sad.  Personally, I've been having a horrible night because we found out about the attacks last night, but weren't able to get a hold of my aunt and uncle, who live in Moscow.  We finally got a text message from my aunt this morning--my uncle was on the platform where the second bomb went off.  He's got some cuts and burns on his face, but is basically okay.  At least physically.  When he got out of the station, he called my aunt who then ran, crying, from their home to where he was walking back.  She's been a wreck ever since.  He's been holding it together, but I think it's starting to hit him (determined from a brief skype convo, cut off because of shoddy internet connection there).  Anyway, there are so many people and families that have been affected, and it's so awful--if you could spare a few moments and some good thoughts for all of them, and for my wonderful aunt and uncle who I love very much.  Maybe your vibes will convince him to go seek some medical attention for his cuts and burns (he's currently refusing, insisting that there are people with "real injuries" that need help).  Thanks, bees.
