@sulli301-- I am SO excited to be getting RSVPs soon-- I love getting mail even when it is just stupid catalogs. Getting RSVPs will be so much better! (and now I am sure I'll start stalking our registries as well)

They look great! BTW...what's your weather forecast for today and tomorrow? If you're getting rain as we are, I'd hold off for a day or two. My daughter's went out last week and a few days later than planned because of all the rain. Last year we didn't consider the weather when mailing my other daughter's invitations,and several were delivered a sloppy mess. I did the calligraphy on them and the ink bled all over the envelopes. Just something to consider!
@sulli301- Can I just say, this is why I love WB-- I can think of nowhere else where anyone would want to know the second I get my first RSVP-- but I know I am going to want to tell EVERYONE!! Thanks for wanting to hear!

I got my first batch of RSVPs today! I was so excited to see 3 lovely little gold envelopes in my mailbox this afternoon!
@pom pom-- Don't worry about getting them out too late, I know I sent mine a little earier than usual. All of my FI's family are out of state and he doesn't think many will come, but if a lot do come, we will have to do some major trimming in other areas, so I wanted guest count ASAP.
Also, My shower is coming up on the 10th of April, so I was checking over the registries today to make sure everything looked good before people started buying and I saw that someone had purchased the blanket from the hotel bedding collection at Macy's that is the SOFTEST thing I have ever felt. I was so afraid no one would buy it (it was a little pricey-- but they had a linen sale at Macy's last week) and now it is fulfilled! I have never been so excited for a blanket in all my life

So, after a hugely successful craft-and-invite assembly party on Saturday, my stack of invitations is ready to be mailed out tomorrow! They turned out so nicely and I am so excited to get them out and to start hearing back from people! I am so glad that I hosted a little gathering with some of my favorite ladies (gave them some wine and cheese and they tirelessly embossed and stamped!) -- it made the embossing, cutting and assembling so much more fun! (A shoutout to my fabulous MOH and BM duo J&J for all of the invitation help! I couldn't have done it without you guys!)
