My best friend from college is getting married in a few weeks and I wanted to do something special and sentimental for her. She was my Maid of Honor 6 Months ago and the night before my wedding, she gave me an amazing scrapbook that I can only imagine she spent hours and hours working on.
The thing is…scrapbooking is one of her favorite things to do. I, however; do not have the creative talents to make a scrapbook look half as awesome as she did. Plus, I don’t want to give her the same thing she did for me.
I am not her Maid of Honor (1 of her 2 sisters is) but she is still my best friend and I would love to make something sentimental for her to show her how much she means to me and how happy I am for her. I am limited on time…as her wedding is less than a month away.
Any suggestions would be very welcomed! Thanks for your help ladies!!!

MrsP_3-22: If she is a wine drinker, you coud give her a case, or half a case of wine, with each bottle being the vintage of one of the years you have known her. You can attach a little note to each bottle relating a memory that you share from that year.

julies1949: I love that idea! She’s not a wine drinker; definitely more into beer. I love the year aspect though!

When I was the MOH for my best friend’s wedding in May, I had each bridesmaid send me two songs that either described their relationship or had a memory attached to it. I turned the songs into a mixed CD and put their stories in order with the track. It turned out super cute and it was a great way for the bridesmaids to make the bride a permanent reminder of some of their best adventures pre-wedding.
I’ve also taken a great love story and highlighted favorite love quotes and written why it’s true, why I love it or how to apply it in real life.
LLet us.know what you decide! 🙂
