I don’t have an actual picture of me in my dress except on my cellphone and I can’t figure out how to load it to the computer. Here’s the picture of my dress from the website. I love it but then at other times I second guess myself and wonder if I made the right decision. I went this past weekend for my fitting and to decide what alterations I wanted/needed. I wasn’t super happy when I put it on. Maybe once it gets altered, tacked, pressed & steamed I’ll like it better. Please tell me it’s a nice dress and I didn’t make a mistake!!
Davids Bridal dress style WG3029.
Sorry I can’t post the link – my computer is being onry (sp?) today.

Many brides aren’t excited about their dress until after alterations so I think the doubt is normal until then. You loved it enough to buy it in the first place.

I like this dress a lot! I tried it on, but it just wasn’t the one for me. Like bride2be said, once you have the alterations you’ll be much happier. 🙂

i also think the dress is very pretty. once you have it all on, from head to toes, maybe thats when you will see yourself and feel as you did when you first purchased the gown.

I think it’s a lovely dress! Elegant and pretty 😉 I’m sure you’ve made the right decision.

I think that is a really pretty dress! It looks a lot like one I almost purchased.

I agree, beautiful dress!

Just remember you bought the dress for a reason! there mustve been something about it that made you love it! It hard when you cant look at it in person and try it on to remind yourself what it looks like and how you felt in it. Plus, all the stress thats put on brides to “look perfect” on their wedding day tends to make us all second guess ourselves at times.
What youre feeling is normal. All of us have probably been there once or twice whether we like to admit it or not. I think the dress is really pretty, no need to worry! Youre going to look beautiful!

I was the EXACT same way. Even the day of I started thinking, “I’m not sure…” But once I put it on, veil, and everything, I knew I had made a great choice!

The problem is that there are soo many beautiful dresses. I bought my dress about 10 months before the wedding. I love the dress, but I have had second thoughts ever since. It doesn’t help that people give me wedding magazines all the time, and we all know that wedding magazines are mostly gown ads!

Ohhh, I like it. IMO it’s dramatic, but not overdone. Very classy. I agree with others: wait until you try it on in the right size before making a final decision.
