I just wanted a moment of being proud of myself and putting this in writing. This weekend I booked our florist and our DJ. My MOH/sis and I wrapped the votive holders in lace, and I cut more lace for the next batch when I order the holders. Cupcake picks are done. Oh and I worked things out with our tent people, got our 15% discount and am heading up to their office today to finalize the booking, look at chairs, etc etc. Hooray!!! I’m making so much headway. Now to get those invitations done…

Yeah. I kind of jumped the gun.
At any rate, we’re assembling and registering things for invites this month, and putting them together at Easter to send out in May. 🙂

Wow.. you’ve done more this weekend than I did in the last 2 months. By the way, who are you renting your tents and chairs, etc from? I will be needing chairs for my outdoor ceremony.

Kudos! I’m trying to get the invite wording proofed (FH – please, just look at the darn thing and confirm that it’s okay so I can move on!)
Next I need to work on the table runners and photos for the guest book table.

@msicequeen – We’re renting from Affair Rentals, they’re amazing! I’ve been dealing with Chris, he’s really really nice. Chairman Mills is also a really popular rental place in Toronto. I think our caterer is renting his stuff from them.
