HAVE FUN!!! We aren't quite "september" but since we are getting married October 2, we feel your pain with the hurricane concerns. Thankfully we won a contest that helpd up pay for our dream honeymoon to Tahiti... so we are headed out on a princess cruise through the French Polynesian islands! Expensive, but we think it will be worth it! The flight is the killer :)
NO WAY!!! We are going to the Riviera Maya too!! Only we are staying at the Dreams Resort...only thing is that we will arrive there on the 26th (the day after our wedding) I mean we really couldn't pass up the awesome price on the all inclusive package!
September 18 and we're going to Sandals St. Lucia for almost 2 weeks! We also bought the hurricane insurance and found it was still cheaper than going to one of the ABC islands during hurricane season. I just paid off the remaining balance last week and can't wait to go.
We're going to South Africa and Mozambique!! We'll be on safari for two days, heading to Victoria Falls, a night in Johannesburg, and then 6 glorious nights in Mozambique on the beach. We're leaving on Sept. 27th...I CANNOT wait.

We're renting a private island off the coast of Belize and I can hardly wait! Thankfully Belize doesn't get too affected by the hurrican season, so we're crossing our fingers and hoping for the best ;)
This must be a crazy coincidence!!! Our wedding is on 9/25, and we'll be staying at Casitas Royale 9/27-10/4. Super excited for our stay. The resort seems so beautiful and the casitas are a huge bonus.
We need to wait until Jan to take our honeymoon, due to work schedules. However, I am thinking about Belize and other tropical locales. I would love to hear feedback from you all when you get back!
After about 9 different ideas, the Office groom and I settled on our first idea of Tuscany. We've rented a farmhouse overlooking the mountains, and we're just gonna chill out for a week and a half! Drink lotsa wine and eat lots good food and do some local site seeing. So excited!!!!!!!
@locket: TOO weird :) in all honesty, i wrote this post hoping that i'd run into some "bee-couples" that'll be in the area on our honeymoon, (in case our resort doesn't have fun couples!) LOL.
we must keep in touch in case we bump into each other! 9/25 is the saturday a week after our wedding date... and we got an amazing deal on the ns flights and best room at the casitas! CAN'T WAIT! :)
We are doing London for a week and Brugges for a week. We were too nervous to take the risk of a hurricane - that and my FI isn't a beach person. I'm so excited!

We are going to Kauai for two weeks, starting September 7th.
We are going to London, Paris, and Rome starting Sept 16th. Neither of us have ever been out of the country, so we're super excited! Woot! :)
we're going to panama. we found a great deal that includes an all-inclusive hotel (breezes) and two excursions - zip lining and a tour of panama city and the panama canal. we were really looking for something that included both beach time AND exploration so we really lucked out! plus it was just under our budget. :)
All of your honeymoons sounds amazing! I want to go on them all.
We are flying to Australia the night after our wedding. Then we will spend the first week in Cains on a dive boat. Swimming with the fishies on the Great Barrier Reef.
Week two of the honeymoon is on Turtle Island in Fiji. I have heard it is a once in a lifetime experience and I am super exicted.
Gah... can we get married already so we can go on our honeymoon!!!!!

We are going to Maui. Our wedding is on the 4th and we fly out on the morning of the 6th. Can't wait, I need a vacation BAD!!
We are going to Vegas for a mini-moon. I was sooo afraid and paranoid about the weather since it will be hurricance season that I didnt want to book anything just yet. But we plan on going to Punta Cana around March or April.
@waitingbee: We are going to Maui on the 6th too! Where are you staying? What plans do you have?
We're doing almost two weeks in Kauai. Leaving September 20th!
@locket We're date twins :) We're staying at a Dreams resort, too, but we're going to Puerta Vallerta, leaving on the 28th! I'm so excited!!
South Africa!!! We're going to Cape Town then it's off to the wineries for a few days before driving the garden route where we'll take in some ostrich riding and cage diving. We're ending the trip with a 3 day safari in a lodge with a private plunge pool and outside showers. Pinch me!
The FI wasnt too crazy about traveling during hurricane season so we decided to go to Vegas for a week from Sept 20-27! We have both never been so we are looking forward to the break from reality!
We are going to Napa! Seven days in Napa in a condo on the river and then two days in San Francisco. We're pretty excited! Oh and we're leaving on the 10th.
We are going to Sandals Royal Bahamian-we got the travel insurance. Can't wait!

@Ms. Caniche: I'm SOOOO jealous you're going to Turtle Island!!!! We really really really really wanted to go there, but it just was too far and a bit out of budget. Please post photos when you get back, I want to live vicariously through you! Your whole honeymoon sounds amazing!!!
We're leaving on the 19th for Napa Valley. We're going to eat and drink our way through California. LOL!

We are also going to Napa! Napa Valley for 5 days starting September 27th and then San Francisco for the last 3 days of our trip. We bought a house this year, so we had a limited budget and limited vacation time since we took so much time off after the closing. We are very excited! I've never been to Napa, and my fiance has never even been to California.
Jamaica - Couples resort, in ocho rios!!! i know its hurricane season, but we got insurance and im doing daily prayers to make sure it stays hurricane free. i TOTALLY need this vacay....
@hilsy85 - Mozambique and Victoria Falls - NICE!!! If only we had more time...and $$$. 
We're staying at the Pumba Water Lodge. It's in the eastern cape and a malaria-free zone. We looked into Krueger but since we're driving the garden route, this made more sense. From the website, it looks like there are Big 5 sightings daily...and they have the rare white lion. When are you going? @Ms. Chif: it looks awesome! And how lovely that they have a spa too! We're going at the end of Sept--arriving the 27th and leaving oct 10th. I'm so excited, as I'm sure you are as well! And it's awesome that you don't need to get malaria pills--I'm still working on getting those.

hello my fellow Sept 2010 brides to beeees! :)
just wondering where all of you will be honeymooning!
while tahiti was our dream HM, it was about 10k past our budget... so we put that on the back burner as a pre-babymoon... and have decided to go all-inclusive to riviera maya, mexico :)
we are staying at the el dorado casitas royale 9/25-10/2 and i'm SO excited. we did pay for the full-coverage travel insurance as we realize it's hurricane season... but hoping it works out weather wise!
