Well ladies, February was a short month. I didn't get as much done as I had hoped :(  What's on your list for this month?

    Here's mine:

    • DJ DJ DJ!!! It's making me nuts!!! I need one!
    • Interview and book florist (first meeting is this Friday, others are in the works)
    • Finalize invitations, order sample papers, test print?
    • Book tent, tables, chairs, etc
    • Keep working out! I just got serious about this yesterday. I'm in pain today. Thanks a lot Jillian Michaels.

I think that's all I'll have time to focus on this month. We're going to Vancouver for a week which I'm sure will make me crazy since I'll be away from my Bees and all my crafting supplies!!!

    Hi!

I guess I will just list what is going on for us this month

-Complete shower host gifts. Need to wrap this up, my first shower is March 13th!

-We have meetings set-up with our jeweler, ceremony musician and caterer for food tasting this month.

-Need to get FI to fill in the rest of his addresses in the guestlist.

-Count how many invites we need.

-Send shower invite list to FI's mom for May shower.

-Continue my work with our graphic designer on our paper products.

-Maybe work on some other DIY projects?

I think that's it for now!

    • Mailing off save-the-dates today!
    • Order paper samples for invites
    • Continue working on invites and decide if I want online RSVP or a postcard
    • Finalize wedding bands---mine will be a rolling trinity ring :)
    • Meet with florists about my bouquet
    • Figure out if I want to order flowers for centerpieces and do myself or just pot pretty flowers instead
    • Look for pretty red shoes to wear with my dress---but the heels need to be small, which is proving very hard to find.
    • WORK OUT---JILLIAN IS WAITING FOR ME.

That's all I can think of right now.  Not much really!  Yeah!  I have everything else squared away, catering, venue (duh), dress (waiting for it to arrive next month) and photographer.

It's insane - theknot keeps reminding me I'm less than 200 days away! LOL

    For March:

    • Still need BM dresses
    • finalize details for the invite
    • still missing some peeps addresses (seriously - if I can't get them to send me their address, can you imagine the hunt for an RSVP?! Ugh)
    • find his ring
    • I have shoes but now I'm 2nd guessing them
    • look into champagne bottles as favors (more mom's thing, but if she wants it done, we should def. look into it now)
    • make another payment to the venue.
    • Bridal Party gifts!!! This is driving me batty!
    • St. Patrick's Day - Wooooo! :)

    Book our honeymoon

    Pick our wedding bands

... I'm not really sure what else. All of our big things are picked and booked. Now it's just going to be last minute stuff for our DW.

@madras-  your mom's veil should totally be able to be re-fitted to a comb.  I am also using my moms veil from the 80s - I ultimately decided to keep the cap that its attached to, but when i was first considering it, the bridal store seamstress i was working with assured me that it could be removed from the cap quite easily.

All the vendors are booked! What we have left is, booking the honeymoon, (Bora Bora, yay!) groomsmen attire, and my veil and shoes! Who knew shoes would be the hardest part!

@curlysue - Have you tried Nina shoes yet? You can play around with heel height there, it's great. I would have used them if they shipped to Canada (*shakes fist*)

I really don't have much to do, save for...

    - book honeymoon

    - bathing suit shop for said honeymoon

    - invitation assembly (print of maps to ceremony, reception, etc. Get hotel cards to put into said invitations)

    - register at the Bay, Home Outfitters

I'm kind of super ahead. What can I say. I have the patience of a 6 yr old on ten packs of pixie sticks.
