Mine is in 3 days!!

I’m just super excited at this point. Tonight we’re dropping our decor, arbor, etc off at the venue. I want to get my e-ring cleaned and dipped on my lunch break tomorrow so that it will look brand new alongside my wedding band. I have to finish packing for the day of and the honeymoon. Just details at this point!

A few of my bridesmaids are coming over Saturday morning to help arrange some bulk flowers we got for the reception tables (our centerpieces are lanterns so we’re just doing a small vase of flowers on either side – nothing complicated to arrange), so that will be a big help.

I can’t believe it’s almost finally here! I can’t wait to spend the day getting ready with my friends and family and then marrying my love. Best day ever. Plus, Mexico for 2 weeks after!! Can’t wait.

8 days to go! I did a DIY hair and makeup trial yesterday, and I’m happy with it. Just getting laundry and packing started for our honeymoon. I’m also going to clean our place really well so that it’s nice when we get back. I have to clean my rings, too. My sisters and my mom are taking me out for what they are calling a bridal lunch on Sunday, and there’s been some secrecy involved, so I’m excited.

8 days to go! Lots to do still. Need to finish making our escort cards, print our menus, design our programs, pick all our ceremony music and readings, figure out our getaway car and what we’re using for our exit (confetti or sparklers), and decide on what charity we are donating to in lieu of favors! It’s overwhelming to list it all out, but I know I’ll make it work.

Two days to go!  We need to pack for the honeymoon, fold programs (if my fiance managed to print them), arrange centerpieces and drop them off at the venue along with the framed photos we are using for table numbers.  Oh, and escort cards – I’m glad someone above mentioned it because I forgot I still had to do that!!

Edit – we have no bridesmaids or groomsmen so they are being entirely unhelpful because they don’t exist 🙂

Married last weekend. It was the most pefect day. I mean sure stuff didn’t go according to plan- AND IT RAINED. but it still ended up being amazeballs. I got my pro pics back a few days ago, only 3 days after my wedding, and cannot wait to post my recap. I should have my flash drive in todays mail so if I do i’ll post my recap and tag it here
