I think…I am done!! It’s pretty bizarre. I mean, there will be some loose ends to tie up as we get closer (like the week of), but on the whole there is nothing for me to make/buy/plan. At least, I hope I am not forgetting anything!

ETA I am getting my hair done next week (extensions) but I think that’s all

I still have to…

Finish my place cards
Make something decorative for the place card table
Table numbers
Finish favors (just ran out of ribbon on the last couple)
Print programs (designed them already)
Have another hair trail
Having my 2nd dress fitting this Friday
get my teeth cleaned if I can fit it in
decide if I’m going to make cone things for tossing flower petals

Ack kind of a lot to do still when I think about it…

Oh my goodness!  SO much to do!

We need to:

Finalize our music choices to send to the DJ

Go on our walk through with our DOC and the venue

Have one more make-up trial (a non-Bare Minerals artist, because I am freaked out by the thought of a reflective face)

Make seating charts

Write out escort cards and placecards

Find a big vintage frame to hold our escort cards

Paint our paper lanterns

Have 2 more dress fittings (next one this Thursday)!

Order the flowers (I am going to do this TODAY)

Find a rehearsal dress (my ASOS one was a huge flop.  Literally, huge.  I was swimming in it.)

Make backdrop for our photo guestbook (and picture how-to poster)

And so much more!  Eeep!

I think we’re getting there! My goal is to not have anything to do the week of the wedding besides picking up dress and tuxs and getting pampered!

Which means I have less than 2 weeks to:

– Print and assemble the table number candles we are doing
– Remove stickers from votive holders and place candles in each to make setup easier
– Finish seating chart/table assignment board
– Decorate card box (having the hardest time finding wrapping paper for it! Ugh!)
– Get my wedding band fixed, it’s got a tiny defect in the gold and it’s never been worn so it was like that when I got it.
– Buy goodies and assemble favors
– Get hair dyed
– Pay EVERYONE final payments

That’s about it!! Ahhhhh so nervous!

ETA- Forgot a couple things haha, surprise surprise!

Yay for date twins!  I still have:

Final dress fitting

Print programs (already designed)

Chase down 31 more people for RSVPs (UGH!)

Mani pedi

Find something old and something borrowed

Finish seating arrangements and escort cards

Buy stuff for welcome bags and put them together

Oh my goodness, I thought I was almost done!  Now I’m freaking out.

Hmmm…let’s see…this is actually a good exercise for me, to get it all down in one place!

– finish escort cards (designed, I’m just waiting for a couple of last minute “maybe’s”

– programs (might have to get them done pro…more $ I didn’t want to spend!)

– last little set of wedding wands (30 more to do, 60 done)

– finish favors

– finishing touches on card box

– hair/makeup trial this weekend

– pashminas for the bridesmaids

– gifts for the junior groomsman/flower girl

– finalize wedding jewelry

– finalize vows

– pick up dress this week

Oh I forgot…I need to get supplies for a little emergency kit in the bathrooms at the venue. Tylenol, bandaids, safety pins, etc… One more thing for the list!

Totally feel like I have too much to do and no time, but we really do have a lot of times and not that much to do. Biggest thing is Programs, after that it’s all the small details like signs for favors and guestbook, hair-trial, wrap gifts. Can’t believe it’s getting so close!!

We need to:

-finalize music selection with the DJs

-pick the background for our photobooth pictures

-FI needs to pick up his altered suit

-I have 2 more dress fittings

-Once the rest of the RSVPs are chased down (less than 30 now!), make a seating chart and finish the place cards

-finalize the ceremony with the officiant

-get our marriage license (we have an appt 2 weeks from today!)
