I’m having my wedding all decked out in Autumn flowers and leaves. Brown is the color of my bridesmaids dresses along with the rest of the decor. White and Brown. A very Autumn wedding!
Any interesting themes out there?!

DD’s colors are pumpkin and cranberry. BM’s will all have black dresses of their own choosing. But I thought you meant theme as in a decor type feeling. She originally started with autumn leaves but when finances and budgeting reality crashed in it became clear that it was going to have to come together in a make-do fashion. No elaboarate themes for her, it really became ‘God will provide’ for the actual theme and it has really been working out that way too. We were given a set of vases and mirror plates for the tables with extras even! She works at Starbucks and will have coffee beans in the vases (free!) the centerpiece toppers will be the silk pomander balls removed from the aisle and placed there with their ribbons trailing. I’ve been thrifting pretty things left and right, she got a great deal on her dress…etc, etc. It is going to be so beautiful and special!
Your colors and theme sounds so pretty!!

We really don’t have a theme. We are just going with the fun bbq party thing. The girls are all wearing black dress of thier choice and I am liking the deep plum and reds for flowers. I am just hoping the leaves will be starting to change so we can get some great pics.

We don’t really have a “theme”. My colors are green, orange, and ivory & its going to be completely outdoors. I’m going for a “laid back but fun” feel.

We are doing a vintage travel theme.

We’re doing a Laguna Beach sunset. We love Cali, that is where he first said I love you, and he loves Laguna Beach, something about Lauren Conrad… just kidding, but he seriously loves her. Anyway our colors are deep purple, burnt orange, and fushia…

If I had to pick what my theme would be, I’d say Simplicity.
Our colors are Yankee Navy Blue and Sunflower Yellow, with white and grey accents.
We’re having a buffet so the plates and glasses won’t be at the place settings. The Table will have a navy pintuck table clothe, a medium sunflower centerpiece, a few fake tea lights and white napkins with alternating yellow and grey napkin rings.

Rustic Chic…very earthy colors at the reception with tons of candlelight and accents of green and ivory. My maids will be wearing pewter dresses with a plum raisin sash and carrying simple bouquets of green and ivory.

Had to post too 🙂
We are doing “Under the Sea” – blue (think cornflower from DB) and orange (like a clownfish). Not even sure how I am going to do everything yet, but I just love fishies! Our Save-The-Date Cards had fish on them.

We’ve got a bit of travel theme going on. We dated long distance for 6 years and wanted to pay tribute to that time. We’ve got destination table numbers that have been watercolored to represent cities or towns we’ve visited together.
We are also including a Fleur de lis image on most of our stationary because we met in New Orleans. It also goes so well with our colors of Aubergine and Platinum with hints of lemonade yellow.

When we started planning we didn’t have a theme, but it’s become very traditional/vintage/old hollywood/glam. But I shouldn’t be surprised because that’s pretty much how we are 🙂

Our theme is opulance and romanticism. Our tables’ names are love in different languages. We want something extremely romantic and very classy. Decor will be vintagy with candles every where and lots and lots of roses. Pink and Champagne with hints of ivory.
