Riu Palace is my favorite I’ve ever been to. I went to the one in Nuevo Vallarta and it was awesome. We are going to another one in Cabo San Lucas in January. They have great restaurants and a sweet buffet, surprisingly good nighttime entertainment, free 24H room service, etc.

One of my friends is a fan of Dreams as well.

El Sid is nice.

Also Xcarat – that is a theme park and all-inclusive resort.

My SIL likes the occidental.

Secrets The Vine!! Its brand new & we went in Sept for my birthday. We were beyond impressed. We upgraded our room, thus getting VIP status & we can never go back to “regular” now. The hotel is lovely, the people are nice, clientele is more mature in that there are a lot of honeymooners & relaxing vacationing folks. No real hard partiers but we drank every day so trust me, there is plenty. I got pretty lit on my birthday. Lol The food was great. And it’s adults only. I can’t tell you how wonderful it was. The larger pool on the first floor is very active with lots of activity & music.

VIP gets their own gorgeous pool on the 12th floor. It’s private. I also visited the spa & it was great. We are seriously considering other Secrets properties for our honeymoon b/c we had such a great time. I hear Secrets Maroma is wonderful.

PM me with any questions.
