Are you engorged? Or is it just the changes that they are going through that is hurting you? For me, I put a warm cloth on them or had a hot shower with the water beating on my chest. Def. helped. ๐Ÿ™‚

It gets better! My boobs stopped hurting so much by the 2nd trimester. I know everyone is different. I wore a bra 24/7 during the 1st trimester, except for showers. I had a soft bra for night time and a regular bra for daytime. Now, at 33 weeks, my boobs are itchy! It drives me crazy, but benadryl cream has helped.

I concur with @mrstilly – it does get better! Mine stopped hurting around 15-16 weeks. Try wearing a sports bra or lightweight bra to bed.

When I worked out I ended up wearing 2 sports bras – but I stopped running and only do the elliptical since there was less…bouncing. ๐Ÿ™‚

I agree with the others, it lessens over time.  During the first trimester if I rolled over in my sleep it would hurt so much I’d wake up.  Also agree with Camrie on the two sports bras, it helps a lot.

I am at 11 weeks and they only hurt when I roll over and pinch them or something and when I take my bra off.

I had to explain to my husband last night that he could not come grope me when I took my bra off.  I related the feel like when you finally take your hair out of a pony tail from all day and it just hurts.

Awww poor momma! I didn’t have sensitivity in my breasts during pregnancy, but I remember the first few days after birth when they were engorged.. OUCH!

I wore sleep nursing bras throughout pregnancy, and I’m still wearing them now (DD is 13 months) lol. ๐Ÿ˜›

Mine hurt all the way through my pregnancy…Prolly not what you want to hear tho:(

I found that wearing sports type bras were very helpful. I also bought nursing tanks from Target in a smaller than normal size and slept in them. I found that the pressure of the tighter tanks and sports bras helped minimize the pain.

Do you wear a soft bra like this to sleep? I bought a few from Macy’s and Target and it helps a lot. Mine are still sore (I’m 28 weeks) but it does get better ๐Ÿ™‚

I have a question! Did you get sore boobs right before your period would come? I’m not experiencing any boob soreness (i’m about 5 weeks along) and I never got sore boobs before my period either so I wonder if there’s a trend!
