So I am picking my dress up a week tomorrow ready for my wedding on 26th (seems surreal ha) anyways I’ve been struggling to find a good bra to wear underneath.
i do however own a quite padded strapless bra (much like the VS bombshell padding wise) do you think they could use that and actually sew the whole thing into the dress or even just the cups? Or will it be too padded to work. I am a 34b usually just about lol.

clairelou29: i would suggest just sewing in cups. Thats what they did for my dress and my girlfriends kept telling me how nice my boobs looked lol. Sewing in the whole bra might make the boob area look bulky, or not fitted. If its just the cups, you will have a natural but perky look

yes, sewing in the cups is all you need. i am a little bigger in the cup size that you and i had cups sewn in and it was perfect.

I’m doing both – a strapless bra is being sewn in (actually, some loops are being sewn in to hold the bra in place, and it will just slide in), and cups are being added. If you only have cups, the minute you “lean away” from the dress, it will become evident that there is nothing in there, at least if you’re an A cup like me! So the bra is giving the close to the body push up, and the cups are filling up the extra space left over. 🙂
