I’m curious if any of you have done Bay Area boot camp? http://bayareabootcamp.com
I was working out with a trainer until about August but I just dread working out. I like the idea of doing a working out with other women and they offer women only groups. I got 10-15lbs that HAVE to come off in order for me to get into this dress and feel good about it. Would love hear if any of you have had progress going this route.

thanks for bringing up this subject. When I came across bay area bootcamp before there wasn’t one in my area, so I’m interested in what others experiences have been.

Hi there, I haven’t done this particular boot camp but I DID do two fitness bootcamps in Tucson (same company) and loved them. It was really motivating and I lost about 10 lbs after completing both bootcamps as well as building muscle tone. I’m still working out with the same gym but doing their Crossfit program which is a bit more intense than the bootcamps. I highly recommend this style of training though!
