DO NOT USE THIS CATERER! Guests arrived staff were still in tee shirts seting up. They ran out of appetizers and turned guests away. Payed for two bartenders and barely had one serving, when he couldn’t be found guests served themselves. They left the service cake in a box next to wedding cake and when family member carried it out to server to put away in kitchen they tried to put it back on the cake table and had to be told what a service cake was. When asked if other desserts had arrived from baker they had no idea. The first course of wilted salad arrived many with no dressing, including the brides. They paid for ceasar salad, maybe the three croutons on the plate was supposed to convey what it was. When we made it to the buffet it was only to observe the brother of the bride, parents, a cousin, and close family member all standing around asking the one server to go get more dinner plates, none were on the table. The server was also asked to refill the food since some were empty or nearly so. The server came back with plates but said there was no more food. The food that this writer was able to get was not edible. People left the wedding in droves only stopping long enough for the mother of the bride to apolgize to them about the food and service. The after party consisted of guests ordering pizzas as fast as they could.
