I’d really like to tone my arms before my wedding so I look good in my dress and I’m wondering if anyone uses the shake weight with any success? I have been skeptical over it but I noticed a ton of women at Bed Bath and Beyond were buying it and now it has me wondering if it is a decent tool for working out.

I thought it shook by itself and you resist it or something, but no. You shake it yourself and it’s really hard! They reccomend you do it for like 2 minutes or whatever and that shit BURNS. It’s a great workout! You just have to work your way up to 2 minutes haha

Lol, reminds me of the episode in South Park.
“Tell me about the girls you hate at work.”
It looks like it would work. You should do a blogging series on it as our defacto guinea bride.

I was wondering about this too.
For those of you that have it or tried it do you see or get results?
I have been secretly wanting to buy one.

I am thinking about getting it also at BB&B. Its 20.00 and with a $5 off coupon or even 20% you get it for like 15 or 17bucks.

I think it could help tone the muscles, but remember, you can’t “spot reduce” any area of your body. So, a combo of clean eating and weight training are the best way to go.

Lol alright I’ll do it. I’ve read some ridiculous reviews on it but its everywhere and curiousity is getting the best of me. Off to BBB I go!
