I’m doing a 30 Day Shakeology Challenge and I’m on week 3. My favorite recipe is Chocolate Shake-O, 1 tbs Peanut Butter (I like chunky), 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp honey with skim milk. OMG so yummy. And if I’m in a hurry in the morning and don’t have time to use the blender I just mix Chocolate Shake-O with 1 tsp vanilla exstract and skim milk. I swear it tastes like cake batter or brownie batter or something else not good for us lol.

@copewedding:  A friend of mine is a Beach Body Coach. I’m not sure if its something she decided to do with a few other people or if its something marketed by Beach Body. But really anyone can do it whenever. Its just replacing 1 meal every day for 30 days. I’ve definitely noticed a difference in my general wellbeing everyday as well as my clothes fitting better. I also exercise 3 days a week, would like to get in more but my schedule doesn’t allow for it like I want.

I’ll have to give your recipe a try. I haven’t tried any recipes with Almond Milk yet.
